Hokkaido Cake

Hokkaido cake has been famous around since last year but I didn't have the chance to try on it. Okay, sound a bit outdated. *admit*

No one bring me or buy me this special things what? Blame it on someone. Wahahaha...

So, last week I went to Muar, Johor to visit the BF and he took me around Muar. In the shopping mist (in the some kind like a confectionery factory), I saw this. I had been tempted to try this cake for a long time. Hence, I bought it. There are few flavours available but I only bought the original one. Since so many people compliments for the taste and texture, some I heard need to queue up for a long time only got this. Really so superb meh?

Ta.....da~ There are six cakes inside. All top up-ed with some icing sugars. Looks great.

Hmmm....the cake so soft and fluffy that it melted so fast in my mouth. The cream......*closed eyes*.... indescribable. So smooth and creamy!! It's best eaten chilled. Worth buying it for next time or maybe I'll try to bake it myself. Hehe.... No wonder so many people raved so much about Hokkaido cake.
