Clara International Herbal Skin Care

I have good things to share out.

Sharing is Caring~

Well, I had been using Clara International Herbal Skin Care product. Have anyone hear about Clara before?

The story on how I started my skincare regime with Clara. Last year, during my company exhibition in PWTC, I met Prof. Datin Dr. Clara, the founder of Clara International. She came over our booth and asked for handphone charger at that time. So, she was in our booth until we end our exhibition day. She is such a great and nice lady for sharing her stories with me. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to approach and talk with her personally.

I have problem and sensitive skin since high school especially on my chin and forehead areas, I keep finding the solution for my skin problem. It was so frustrating and lost of confidence especially going out with my friends. I have to put on thick foundation to cover them up and this make my skin condition worsen. I had been changing a lot of skin care until I met Datin. She is very kind to give me her name card and ask me to look for her experience beautician at Clara in Jalan Sultan, Kuala Lumpur. She gave me confident and 100% ensure me that they could help me.

Thus, I went to Clara International to try out their service and products.

From the first facial treatment, I already can see the outcome. So amazing. They also recommended me few of their herbal based skin care products for my skin problem.

It has been one year since I started visiting their shop for facial treatment and using their products.
My skin condition getting better and my face started to glow. I can easily apply make up and sometimes, I dare to go out with bare face, without any make up. I have more confident to be around my friends and colleagues.

This post is to share out my experience with Clara International. As they seldom promote their products and service through the media platform, hardly to get to know about them. Besides, they are not hard sell their products and forcing you to be their member like other facial shop which I experienced before.

Currently using all these series of skin care.

From left to right: Hydrazulene Milk, pH Face Wash, Cleasing Fluid, Face toner, Translucent face gel and Purifying AC Gel

Special Blue Lotion: to reduce my puffiness around eyes area and reduced the appearance of tired eyes.

Acomed N Concentrate and Propolis Concentrate used to treat my skin problems. My chin used to have small puffs or reddish pimples popping out especially during PMS.

LD Cream helps o soothe irritable skin condition such as rashes and pimples.

Blackheads are the causes for all skin problems. Both this BH Lotion and Cream help to regulate the sebum in our skin and control the build of blackheads. I could see the appearance of blackheads around my "strawberry nose" reduced once I applied the lotion every fortnight.

This two masks are really my savoir. Whenever I feel my skin condition are not in a good condition, I applied one of this. I love Kaolin Cream Mask so much. I can feel the differences the next day. Redness around my face reduced, pimples gone. So amazing.

All their skin care are herbal based and certified Halal. It is safe to use and remember natural products contains of great antioxidant properties.

I am who I am

How do you guys normally judges someone either you know or not him/her OR your family OR friends?

By their appearances? By their looks? By their outfits? Or by their hairdo? LOL...

Usually my first impression to other people: Nice, quiet, cool, clever, humble and good girl. (*I asked several of my friends, not I said so.) Feel so glad that  I only heard about the positive impression. (*Hope they didn't cheat me. Lol).

In reality, after they knew me more than a year: Still nice, clever, humble and good girl, of course. But their's additional add in: talkative, friendly, noisy and crazy sometimes. LOLOL....

I do believe, the first time they met me, they judge me through my outlook, appearances and so on. Am I right? After being sometimes with me, they know my attitude. They know who I am? They know when is the right time to talk to me. They know the right words to talk to me. Ehemmm...not because I like hear good words. Sometimes, my friends really being mean to me. They said what they think is for my own good. I accepted their opinions all the time as I believe we ourselves sometimes need to learn to accept. Don't always REJECT!!!

When you accept something, you receive something. Good things right? So learn to ACCEPT!!

I feel grateful to have such a bunch of good friends/ soul mates.

One day, I uploaded a new profile photo in my FB, then one of my so long lost contact friend sms-ed me. He said that I have change. "Change"? I asked back. He said I getting prettier. FHL. I jokingly replied, "yeah, last time I was so ugly and that's why you don't notice me". Haha... and then he started to arguably with me saying that's not he meant.

This is my up-to-date profile photo.

I told him, "no la... I never changed, I just become more of who I really am".

See....the same me only right? No change.

Or I should have tell him that's my twin sister. WTF!

My twins. So now you can identify which one is me since you said I changed? LOL...

Hi...is me again. Change again? LOL...

I am who I really am and that's my inner beauty. WTF~

The 4Rs for Emotional Eating Habits

Everyone loves to eat. We cannot survive without foods! Regardless on what you like to eat either it's healthy or not, one main point is to exercise regularly. Exercise helps to burn calories in our body.

I, myself seldom off to gym or exercise regularly. But I loves to eat whatever I like. I feel lucky that my body weight does not rise up to abnormal levels. The keys for me to keep myself healthy are eat moderately and walking as my exercise. I always walk from A to B, then B to C buildings in my university. Walking around the shopping mall is good choice also since girls love shopping. *Shopping is the main point*. LOLs. It's hard to maintain healthy lifestyle when you're having busy and hectic life.

Back to the topic, what are the 4 Rs to kick out the emotional eating:

First, Remove:

Identify what types of food you instinctively reach out for when you are bored, tired, stresses or depressed. These are called "trigger foods". Be it crackers, cookies, ice cream or potato chips, it's vital that you remove these unhealthy items from your kitchen completely. That means, no hiding them behind the canned goods in the back of your cupboard either.

Say Bye bye to them. =(

Second, Replace:

It's time to bring on the healthy alternatives instead. If you are craving savoury treats, try popcorn sprinkled with a bit of sea salt. Love ice cream? Tuck into yogurt topped with a drizzle of honey and cold fresh berries. Have a sweet tooth? Savour dark chocolate that's full of antioxidant and essential minerals.

Yogurt is yummy.

Third, Rehydrate:

Feel the junk food beckoning? Reach for a glass of water first. Sometimes the feeling of hunger can be confused with thirst. Once you've downed a glass, wait for 15 minutes to see if the craving subside; usually it completely disappears!

Water is the main source in our body. Drink more water to maintain our skin and body healthy.

Step 4, Rejuvenate:

Get distracted! Soak in a bubble bath, bust your behind doing your favourite exercise routine, play some relaxing tunes or simply read a book. All these will help you take your mind off food!

Good health, good life

Skin Problem

Skin problems such as pimples, acne or scars are very irritating for everyone especially girls. I used to have all this problems. Don't believe? Ask my parents or my friends. This happened to me when I deeply in stress (exam's time), nervous or during my PMS. My whole family members don't have such problems expcept me. This makes me blame my mama for not eating healthy during her pregnancy. Cause my mama told that she was malnutrition during that times. She can't take any food sometimes. That's why I feel mama is the most beautiful and great person in my life.

Okay, back to the story of skin problems. When I was in high school, pimples started pop-ing up here and there. Besides, my itchy hands can't stop pitching its. This causes some scars. Scolded by my mama then. At that times, I doesn't know much about facial and make up thingy. I used to have pimples and I had go for many solutions such as skin facial and treatments from doctors. However, this doesn't works for me as well. So, my mama asked me to go for facial treatment from the facial expert.

The first time treatment for me is like in the hell, man. She squeezed all my "poisonous" pimples like non of her business. Damn pain. Even my tears started dropping and she wiped it for me. =) After the pains, of course there are some returns. She put some cool herbs masks. Double masks!! Once she put, I'm so pleased. So enjoy and almost fall asleep. * I wanted to upload the photos during the facial but I feel so ugly.*

After few times treatments, I feel my skin condition is getting better and better. Besides the treatment, they also sold a product known as DERMEDEX and I bought it. It's so cheap that only RM23 for two small (economical size) tubes. One is Biotox Refining cream and the another one is Biotox cleanser. This products work well for me. My face's condition not only getting better but also less pimples and acne. *Thumb ups for the products.*

Biotox Refining cream and cleanser. Both in 10g size.

Biotox cleanser: It based on active natural ingredients, it deeply cleanses and unclogs pores while helping to reduce dry, thickened, outer layer of the skin. Regular use will help reveal a fresh, clearer, brighter complexion to dramtically reduce the visible signs of aging, restoring the supple, glowing effect of healthy skin.

Biotox Refining cream: Quick and effective for problem prone skin, such as pimple prone, big open, pores, dull and tired apperance. Regular use will encourage your skin's natural defenses to resist blackheads, reduce redness and irritating and dramtically lightens and restores your youthful radiant complexion.

Want to see the effects?

After one month using the products. My acne and redness have reduced to the max, I can said that. Besides, I feel I'm getting fairer. *Heart this* However, if you notice, there are still some redness on my face due to previous "poisonous pimples".

Having a good skin condition will automatically regain my confidence in meeting people out there. Even some of my jimuis noticed that and asked me.

"This products also stated: 100% 30 days no questions ask. Money back guarantee. Another stars for this products." XD

New Hairstyle

Just got myself a new hairstyle. I used to be long hair since I was young. My hair is straight but very little. That's why sometime many people said my hair so little and I can't do rebonding and only can perm it.

So, I proved it to them. I done my rebonding.

My hair after second day of rebonding.

I still remember during my secondary school, I once cut my hair into a boyish style. Many of my friends got suprised.

Comments by them: -OMG~why u can't it short?

- Look childish.

- Onion head @ pineapple head

That's alot more. They feel that me having a long hair nicer and sweet. So, I decided not to cut my hair short after that. I always cut my hair till shoulder length.

Even, if I change my hairstyle, I don't change much.

Latest me. I know...nothing much change.
Maybe after my convocation, I will try to cut my hair short. I don't want my convocation photos with my short hair.
Someone want me have a short hair cut long time ago. I think your neck should be grow longer by now. :P
So, guys...long hair better or short hair? Vote it.Leave comment.
